Brindle Bass and more …

1 June 2014 | PROTEA BANKS

Current: strong, reverse
Viz: 15m, milky
Sea Temp: 17 degrees Celsius … chilly …

DIVE 1 – Northern Pinnacles: There were lots and lots of Ragged-tooth sharks everywhere!! Also spotted an incredibly large Brindle Bass moving out of the cave where the Ragged-tooth sharks hang out. The reef was also full of life …

DIVE 2 – Southern Pinnacles: We came across a beautiful Lion fish among some other stunning reef fish. 2 or 3 Ragged-tooth sharks decided to pass by as well as a Potato Bass.

Both dives today on Protea Banks were truly amazing!!!
