Current: strong
Viz: 10 – 15m, cleaning up at the bottom a bit
Sea Temp: 21 degrees Celsius
DIVE 1 – BAITED SHARK DIVE: Before we even hit the water we had three whales swim passed us. And in the water we had another three move passed us, seen from the boat. While that was happening we had 6 Zambezi (Bull) Sharks and 2 Oceanic Blacktip Sharks swimming around us. Towards the end of the dive we even had some Tuna join us, taking advantage of what bait they could snatch away. A very enjoyable dive with some of the oceans most beautiful creatures.
DIVE 2 – Southern Pinnacles: As we got to the bottom we had a curious Oceanic Blacktip Shark come and have a look at us. The current was very strong so we enjoyed practicing our underwater surfing while moving over the reef. As we started to multi-level up we caught sight of an Eagle Ray moving over the reef below us. While mid-water we had 2 Zambezi (Bull) Sharks swim around us for a while. We also had 4 Oceanic Blacktip Sharks interested in us towards the end of the dive. All in all a very exciting and fun diving!
