DIVE 1 –  North of the Northern Pinnacle: Today a search was arranged to try and recover equipment. We started further up north than usual. Although the occasion was sad, the vibe was good with almost 40 divers participated and diving together; including Police divers, divers from the National Sea Rescue Institute, African Dive Adventures and Aqua Planet. It was the most divers we have had on Protea Banks in once place at one time. The dive was fantastic, seeing parts of the reef we had not seen before. We also had fantastic viz. Also saw some reef fish and a Potato Bass. As we were coming up we had some Bull (Zambezi) sharks and Oceanic Blacktip sharks popping in and out. Unfortunately the equipment was not found.

DIVE 2 – Deep Salmon: Great dive with lots of reef fish and Nudibranchs.
